Yard Crew Positions

Spotters – Assist with boat movements, guide operators, and ensure safety during lifts, launches, and storage.

Operators – Run equipment such as marine forklifts and  travel lifts to move, launch and rack boats safely and efficiently.

Mechanic – Perform basic repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance on boats and engines.
